Alright guys...the first match didnt materialize. We can blame it on short notice or whatever, but the fact remains that WE dropped the ball. We will not let that happen again. Here are the details for the next match. Please post only if you CAN or MIGHT be able to play. I'll update this list as often as I can. First, here are the details:

The time for me (Eastern) GMT-4 is 2pm on Friday, June 12. I forget where you are at Andrew...

How bout we genarally make the meeting time for all clanwars about 1 hr before it stats ( for the people who can make it) so that we can warm up as a clan, get all problems settled so that we are ready to go when they show up.

We've got it in the Charter as 10 mins before but as has been proved in the past, sometimes it's not enough, an hour may be too much.
How about this:

No changes to the C/W set up after 48 hrs before the start time.

All players registered to play in the C/W must confirm they are playing no later then 24 hrs before the posted start time.

All players registered must confirm the start time and location no later then 24 hrs before posted start time.

All players should be ready to play no later then 15 mins before start time.

Just some ideas, any positive modifications welcome.

This is a Noon start time for me. I'll still be @ work. No good moi....

Your right with that some people might not be able to make it, but thats alright.
I think that we could give the option to have a training starting an hour before.
A little like those "grown up" parties, where everyone stands around until
everyone arrives, and then starts getting really drunk.

The standing arround part could be an OAS training, until everyone is there and
the Opponents start ariving.

I like the idea of having people confirm they will be there 24 hours before start,
so that if they cannot come, a replacement can be found.

lol smart arse - it's called 'socialising' and we're actually talking or spotting potential 'take aways' for the nite!

Dadawolf....need to know your time zone my friend. Your GMT(+/-) is preferable. I can figure it out if I know where you live though.

I live in Oregon USA. Dont know timezone (not that smart lol)
