However, if you have a banned account in your history - it's not good. Start a new account and do the missions, utube has a few walk throughs for the missions that help.

The possibility that you've hacked (not saying this is the case here) using another user name and or another IP address. It's just part of the anti-cheat checks that we do. Everyone goes thru it - every member and applicant.

The purpose is that if someone cheated and then created a new account, in theory they would still be connected to that account via PBGUID, IP address. If someone has cheated in their past, odds are that you will be connected to that past. Getting rid of ALL the evidence is extremely difficult. That is a good thing. The bad thing is that because some of the links come via IP addresses, mistaken links can happen. Many IP providers pool (recycle) their dynamic IP addresses so you can innocently end up linked to an account someone else had when they had that IP. The trick is to do an indepth search to try to find out if the IP linking is a false link.

We do this whenever there is not concrete evidence of cheating. Looking at your background, I can see that we will have to look further into yours too to try to basically "clear your name".

** Creating a new account and "starting over" will not help you at all. Your new account will bring up all the information listed above as a link to your 'new' account.
