I made this application for PN4, i played some times with him, and he's fun to play with, no problems at all

I will mention again that a person that is applying needs to create an account and fill out the info. If he isnt interested in at least doing that much then I'm sure I will not vote for him. We want people to read these forums and posts....

Soul isn't saying that he can't join. Your older brother should register with the forums and post an application - you can help him with it but it must be posted under your bro's name.
