When I looked at the ban list I did not see Starfighter in there at all.

Which banlist did you check? I used the one in ACP section:
http://www.oasclan.com/anti-cheat-patrols-f39/oas-server-banlist-t1127.htm

If you only check from the server using the admin console (F12), you won't see those banned by Soul offline. Those are maintained separately.

ok I see, problem is I don't have website acess to ACP area. I usually use the F12 one.
