Banned for being acussed of linked to banned accounts

Today Marine decided to ban for me the reason that Im "linked" to 7 banned accounts..
I am not linked to any banned account...I suggest you to learn ho to do a propper BG check.

Go ask a BG check on me and then you'll know that I'm not linked to any banned account..

Because in Israel most of the people have dynamic IP they are linked...but not with overlapping Ip and no MAC...

in Israel and not only...also in Poland, Italy and other places the internet provider gives the same IP to few costumers and this is what oyu see in my account..


Now go and ask a BG check on me on ACI\AON or whatever...

thats the history , i am pretty shure you dont have those 72 guids , so indeed there ust be something with the ip adresses .
i give you the doubt so that means i undo your ban , but when you got caught cheating then you get a ban for life .
however from those 72 guids and 466 player names there are not 7 bans but 1 ban .
and tough to prove that was you with that one ban .
i will remove your ban .

Well I can confirm the IP information that BigEars said.
It is true and everyone who have a modem (I mean without router) getting new IP adresses each time they connect to the internet...
So the only check that possible in that case is by MAC address and by the IP...

P.S Nice to see some other people from Israel!

That is part of the problem with background checks. Recycled IPs can link innocent players on occasion. That is one of the largest links I've ever seen there.
Also, we need to come up with guideline(s) for kicking someone that appears to have a linked account. That can be a bad practice if you dont know what you are doing.

I must say...the one who did the BG check on me did a terrible job..

You would be wrong in saying that the background check was terrible. The question is in the interpretation of that check. All those accounts ARE linked to you. That doesnt mean that they are or were yours. A link is only that. I means there is something about your present account that has common information with the so-called LINKed account. That could be an IP address, a MAC address or a PBGUID. Apparently the recycling of IP address in Israel happens with a smaller "pool" of IP numbers.

After reading all of that info, would I be correct in saying that your previous accounts included: Starting at the date of: -Rozen-, -_-^Alon^-_-, =}F.F.F{=--Rabbit--, =}F.F.F{=--Rozen--, =}F.F.F{=Alon.Rozen, Alon.Rozen, alonr_13, Mr.BigEars, PFC-Rozen[3rdID], PV2-Rozen[3rdID], PVT-Rozen[3rdID], RSM-A.Rozen[42nd], SPC-Rozen[3rrdID], None of those names show a ban

That could be an IP address, a MAC address or a PBGUID. Apparently the recycling of IP address in Israel happens with a smaller "pool" of IP numbers.

Correct, I apologise..they are linked to me only by recycled IP...and it is not only in Israel, It is also in few other countries such as Poland and Italy(maybe more, I know about those other two)
PsyChoPatH is my former noob account which had the nickname of Mr.BigEars first...that account is now also called Mr.BigEars
