from hardcore he toled me that i havet o do it like this
bind numpad1 admin forceclass * gp

that was wroking

but now i have to change it with no bullets


bind numpad1 admin forceclass * gp | admin message no bullets


you know the reason why not working?

Well...no, I dont know why. I've had the same problem myself sometimes trying to bind 2 things to 1 key. (i.e., bind numpad0 admin forceclass * spr | admin message No Pistols).

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt and I have no idea what the issue is. I've had better luck using a multiple bind with the "admin SAY" command which puts your message in the console in red text.
(i.e., bind numpad0 admin forceclass * spr | admin say No Pistols)

You could try that or see if other members can help by posting their expertise here.

By using the bind command to open a .txt file, you cannot have 2 commands in the same line broken by the seperator, AA doesnt allow it. What you need to do is open 2 .txt files, one pressing a button(e.g Home) and the other using the numpad(0-9) to open 10 other .txt files, by doing that, it allows you to have 100 possible commands with only your numpad and 2 other buttons for example Home and Insert. The most likely reason why its not working is that you need to have the NUMLOCK key activated when executing the binds.
Are you doing that?
